She said that she reads every review for this dress before she made her purchase. She wore this dress to an annual award ceremony for her job. She works in costuming for Universal Studios. Though, She is a poor starving artist, this was not a night to be looking like it. The Ever Pretty Trailing V-neck Ruffles Cross Back Dress was an excellent purchase. The price fit right in her budget. The cut is form fitting. The design is figure flattering on any shape. She is 5'8,(36-28-40). She wore 6 inch heels, making me 6'2. She felt like a movie star in this dress. The length in the front covered my heels, but it did not touch the ground. When She walked, She was able to show off my peep toes with subtlety. Surprisingly the back still trailed down to the floor in her heels. She hand stitched & looped black ribbon underneath the train. The ribbon fit comfortably around her wrist & allowed her to carry her train with out actually having to keep in her hand. The fabric has a luxurious look & feel to it. It's light weight, shiny & soft like silk. There is a bit of a stretch allowance in the fabric, which silk doesn't have. The packaging is very simple. She would suggest that the dress be steamed (NOT IRONED) to release all the subtle wrinkles. Steam will wake this dress up from it's packaged slumber. For under garments...She wore Bare Lifts (boob tape that lifts & covers the girls) & Spanx (seamless long underware). This is dress is chic, elegantly simple & oh so feminine. Tall, short, curvy, thin, it doesn't matter, this dress will flatter anyone. She has photos of me wearing the dress from the event.
